The Bel Aire Beach Apartments has been family-owned and operated since 1956.
The property was acquired by New York native, Grace McAdams, when she traveled south seeking a business to help support her 3 sons and husband, who passed shortly after their move.
Grace created a legacy and community in which the Bel Aire still thrives today. She maintained a consistent clientele with a clean, family-oriented, and peaceful getaway for guests who still flock to the Bel Aire after generations.
