General Information

The Bel-Aire Beach Apartments is an oceanfront property conveniently located within minutes of all Hollywood attractions. Also, it is just minutes from Fort Lauderdale and North Miami with access to fine accommodations, quality amenities, and superior customer service right at the beach in Hollywood, Florida.

Our pride is in providing prompt and friendly service to our customers. As well, we provide comfortable and spacious hotel accommodations directly on the beach with all the amenities that will be needed. Most importantly, visitors to our Beach Apartment enjoy access to some of the best scenery and eye-catching locations around the area.

We also have a friendly and helpful multilingual front desk staff.

Rules and Regulations

* We have a minimum 3 night stay policy.

* No Pets.

*Room occupancy is limited to registered guests only . If you plan to have visitors, arrangements must be made in advance with the office.

*The Registrant is responsible for all registered guests their room.

*Payment is due on arrival. Payment may be made with cash, traveler’s check or with credit card

*Parking is available at no extra charge on an available basis and not guaranteed. Any additional vehicle attracts a cost of $35.00/day based on availability

*Check In – After 2:00 PM on the date of arrival up till 9:30 PM

*Check Out – 10:00 AM (All late check out must be fully authorized by our management, additional charge may be applied).

* The room key must be returned to the front desk before leaving. Unfortunately, there will be a $ 10 replacement fee if they are lost.

*Smoking cigarettes and tobacco products is completely prohibited on the Bel Aire premises.

*Shower outside. Please remove all sand before entering the room. Do not allow sand to enter the plumbing of the bathrooms.

*Do not hang any towels or clothing from the balcony.

*Place garbage tied in plastic bags provided and dispose of in the bins on the West side of the building.

*Each time the Guest leaves he/she should make sure the windows are close and the door is locked. We frequently get rain showers that are brief and sometimes intense. If using air conditioners, please close all the windows.

*Quiet time is between 9:00 PM and 6:00 AM.

Bel-Aire Special Check-In Instructions:

You are liable to pay the following fees to the property at the time of reservation, check-in, or check-out:

Late check-out up to 5:00 pm is permissible, based on availability- $50.00

Prices are based on 2 people per room. However, the extra person charge is $20.00/day + tax for an adult and children

All reservations would be confirmed only when a payment deposit of $150.00 has been made. Your deposit will be refundable if the reservation is canceled 14 days prior to arrival

Governmental Policies

Government-issued photo identification, as well as full payment, will be required at check-in for balance due and incidental charges.

The name on the credit card used at check-in to pay must be the primary name on the guestroom reservation.

Due to COVID-19 all guests are encouraged to socially distance in community areas. Hence all rooms are professionally cleaned and sanitized between guests.

Additional Policies

You will be held responsible for the replacement cost of any missing or damaged items and/or furniture in the room

No refund will be issued once the reservation is checked in.
